I took this last July at a state park in SW Pennsylvania. This bird was photographed at eye level as it hopped around some young trees and shrubs. I was under the canopy so I escaped the harsh midday light, although it was somewhat dark. This is probably the best pose and cleanest look I got from this guy all day.
