The Grandkids and Grandma started screaming "SPIDER!!", so I came to the rescue with my collection jar,

A Northern Yellow Sac Spider is slightly venomous and will bite so it had an accident and fell onto a specimen pin (it's 15 degrees outside, so no use releasing it!).

40 image stack in Helicon (Method C). 1/200 sec, f 4.5, ISO 250. Nikon Z6II with the Z Micro 105mm. Flash: Two Godox MF-12 micro flashes. Interval set to 1". If you have been thinking about getting the new Godox MF-12 flashes for macro...they are terrific!

Dang! That’s terrific. That equipment combo is what I am working toward. Glad to see you use it and execute so well. I am also partial to Helicon C.

Nicely captured spider image, Andrew! Been hearing positive things about these new Godox flashes …

I really like those flashes! Easy to set up and they actually fire every time even when image stacking!

Hint: Once you turn everything on, do a test flash (from the trigger unit) and they will then all read the same setting!
