This crow caught my attention as I was searching for eagles at Wilson Dam, Florence, AL. I don't think I ever remember wanting to shoot a crow except with a shotgun but this one was in great light and wasn't too afraid of me so here is my first and only crow.

Yes, way back n the 40's we lived on a farm and my older brother had a pet crow named Jim he raised. That bird knew his name and would fly in and perch on my brother's shoulder and make funny sounds like he was trying to communicate. Well, my brother loved to shoot marbles, if you know about that, and some of his marbles came up missing. My brother hid and watched as Jim picked up a marble and flew off with it. He followed the crow to a tree with a hole in the trunk, found his marbles inside along with pieces of string and an assortment of other items Jim was fond of. Intelligent and the clown of the bird world but will snatch anything that attracts it. Thanks for the comment.
