NPS Loaner Experience?

I've got a gig in Oct and was thinking about using the NPS loaner program. I'm at a qualified level, but haven't used it before.

It seemed like they have a list somewhere of available equipment, but I can't seem to find it?

They don't seem to indicate how much gear is OK to request. Thoughts?

Can anyone give their experience using this program?

In Dallas, it's through one of their big dealers. I walk in and make the request there (they are also where I buy all my equipment). I don't know what paperwork is involved on their end.
