Nice image; if it was mine I'd probably crop it to a 16:9 to get rid of much of the large brown rock/wall/soil in the foreground.

A cool habitat shot, the light is too harsh for me and I would take some room off of the bottom.

Fantastic photo! Very tough to get great horned owls in flight, and I also love the cactus. BG is a bit too busy for me but nothing you can do about that. Only way to improve this is to go for a pano crop and tilt the image counter clockwise, to get rid of the big distracting foreground. Also, maybe lower the exposure on the brighter cactus leaves.
Beautiful image of this bird. It might be interesting to try bringing overall exposure down slightly and bump contrast up a little. Masking and darking the background might focus attention on the owl even more. Wide crop to minimize wall as suggested by other. As it, it is a very good attention grabber.
