Pallid Harrier Juvenile. It undergoes a tremendous transformation when it becomes an adult. The plumage changes to near silver colour.

Nice capture. Looks fairly similar to our Northern Harrier at that age. Ours, the fem turns whitish belly with streaks, male turns silver on top, whitish below.:)
 
Lovely, looks a bit like the female! Have got the beaut male? They only get here in wet years and I have never seen one up close!
