Photoshop - almost up and speeding along

I have gotten a decent grip on the cloud photoshop.. after loading and going for a week now.
Starting yesterday I get this message when I boot up the program. I can click it off and continue, but - what is this and how do I contact Adobe to pitch a fit about it? I can ignore and move about my business - I want it working - what ever it is? BTW, there is no photo or face it appears at start of booting the program. And I tried to contact Adobe, to no avail

You can only see EXIF info for this image if you are logged in.
