No music, no ambient recorded sounds, just silence. I love just watching the graceful rhythms of the wing beats of these beautiful Sandhill Cranes.

Thanks a lot, Steve.Very nice video and super peaceful.
Yes indeed, there's nothing like it! I just love the 4K120 on this R5... there's so much data recorded that you can slow it down another 50% in post to yield 1/8th regular time and it still looks decent. Which is one the main reasons I bought this camera back in the day before anyone knew a Z8 was coming.Nothing like fluid slow motion Rudy!
Thanks Gavin, yes they're just magical to watch.Lovely capture Rudy.
Such beautiful birds in flight.
Gavin
Thanks very much, Woody. Yes, I noticed that difference in upstroke and downstroke speed as soon as I processed this footage. I have been trying for almost 10 years to actually find and get close enough to any Sandhill Cranes to get a decent photograph. This year I really hit the jackpot!!!Very nice work, Rudy! I really like how you can see how much quicker the upstroke of the wing is compared to the down beat. This video makes me anxious for our upcoming trip down to New Mexico to see and photograph these beauties again this year..
