Polychrome Pass in Denali NP. These two very old images are from my first digital outing with a borrowed Canon D60 (not a much newer 60D). After many years of film work, I was not yet adjusted to the differences between film and digital making the technical quality of the image files quite poor, but I like the compositions and, after extensive work in post, this is what I have salvaged. I'm curious about your reactions. Are the technical limitations too severe, or do you like them despite their weaknesses? Let me know.

Awesome images. I love the mood, depth and mottled lighting. Nicely seen and shot!

I have a some very similar images shot in similar mixed lighting shot the last time I rode the bus out to Wonder Lake. I've got one of them printed and hung on the wall :)
