It's that time of year again - post 5-7 of your favorite / best landscape images from 2024. I know it's tough and if you can't pick "best" pick favorites - that's what I did LOL.

Please keep all your images in a single post. I'm looking forward to seeing them! I didn't shoot any straight landscapes, so I'll kick things off with an environmental portrait of a lion that's pretty close to a landscape.

We had a great year touring scenic locations. Here are a few shots from our trips to Great Falls NP, Dinosaur NM, RMNP, Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Acadia NP, and Vermont. The trip to Maine marked my 50th state visited.

I didn't do a lot of straight up landscapes this year, we didn't get a chance to travel much and here in the Midwest where I live, well, pictures of corn fields do not make for exciting landscape photography (unless there is a big storm coming in).
