Went for a scenic drive up Poudre Canyon, Colorado. We stopped at spots along the river for photos. It was an informative drive as we saw the beauty of the canyon and the massive destruction of the Cameron Lake fire. More photos to follow.
At this location, the focus was on flowing water. The shots were taken 18 seconds apart with the details below. the shots are uncropped and lightly processed in LrC. What amazed me was the quality of the VR in the 1/25 sec shot. I often shake like a leaf and have issues with shots like this. I got several great captures with the 100-400 Z lens. and the log is in quite reasonable focus on both the long and short exposure shots. Quite a feat for me.
