problems with posting a thread ! ?

Hi Guy's tried to post a thread on the presentation site last night ended up with the image in a narrow window like a letterbox,
seems strange? the image 1200 x 875 px . Have posted a thread times on critique site without a problem. What could i be doing
wrong ? Or could it be that you Americans are not up to the competition with us Brits LOL:love:
