My wife and daughters tend to be active gardeners which means many flowers and many bees/wasps/hornets and other stinging critters. This can be problematic as my wife is quite allergic to the stings. one sting means an automatic trip to the emergency room and she carries an EpiPen should the reaction be severe.
Having said all that, the gardening still goes on and here are a few shots from helping our oldest daughter in her gardens.
I love Queen Anne's Lace as it is so photogenic and, this day, was attracting many stingers. Some shots cropped for effect and because I was "close enough".
