Till now, I've been using those cheap Optech rain covers, which are fine, but have their limitations and I want something a bit more stealthy and robust. What do you recommend?

I have a similar/related question & would be interested in the answers to your question, too! I use a think tank emergency cover at the moment, although I don’t feel as comfortable using it in heavy rain as I do with my think tank hydrophobia 300-600 that I use for the larger lenses. The 300-600 is a bit too large for the 500/z8 combo, and I was wondering if anyone has used the hydrophobia 70-200 with the combo (specifically as to whether they fit properly especially as I need to use the ftz adapter as well)? Would also be interested in other brands, too. Thanks.Till now, I've been using those cheap Optech rain covers, which are fine, but have their limitations and I want something a bit more stealthy and robust. What do you recommend?
Thanks. Do you use it with the Z8/500pf combo?I use Stormjacket which is simple and easy to use. Unfortunately, B&H is not listing them and when I go to the company website all sizes say sold out. Not sure if they are still actively making them or not?

I no longer have the 500PF (went to all Z lenses when I got my Z8), but I used to use it when I had a 500PF and D500. The size is not labelled on my pouch, so I forget if I got the medium or large. I measured it just now and it seems to be 17 inches long.Thanks. Do you use it with the Z8/500pf combo?
