Recommended presets in LRC for NEF images import into LRC

I don't have that camera, but I would use one of the camera matching profiles over Adobe standard. I would use Adobe color over Adobe standard. Getting into the weeds but it is also possible to create a color calibrated profile using things like the colorchecker.

I'd definitely start with the camera preset in preferences whatever else you do.
