I watched this one and another progress from immature (when they are brown-headed) to stunning adult plumage. Z9, 500mm PF, 1.4 TC III.

Thank you all! Regarding distance from subject. I'm guessing 45-50 feet. I will start paying more attention to that, as it's important to know.
