Hawks are numerous in my area, this one was quite interested in me at work the other day. I did not want to push my luck and risk shooing him (her?) off by trying to get closer. I figured I would take what I could get while unloading a very noisy semi.

Both images are cropped, I am actually surprised the deep crop turned out as well as it did.
D500 & 200-500, 500 mm @ f 5.6 ISO 280 Approx. 150' distance from a 25' tall pole.
