This beauty was in a tree next to the road exiting my neighborhood. It is one of our local hawks and seems to not be too bothered by people. We were in the parking lot for the church on the corner. I think they have a nest somewhere in the woods behind the church. We see them around all the time and have seen them with fledglings.
