Gorgeous. And great capture!
I love the detail on the bird, it's just incredible and captivating! I do find the bright reed coming up from the middle of it's back a bit distracting. Maybe pull down highlights to soften it or even try cloning it out. I also think the reed on the left side that comes in, bends and then goes back out a bit distracting too.

The colors are nice and the details looks great.
The only improvements I can think of for the image is to avoid cutting the birds feet.
Also, in the edited image, it is visible where you cloned the reed in front of the bird. Perhaps just cloning it behind the bird and leaving it as it is in front of it will not be so jarring.
