Challenging low light and hand held - hence 10,000 ISO with de-noise in Lightroom

I used the 100-400 with 1.4 TC as the redpolls can come closer than the MFD of the 180-600 at 500 and 600mm

This helped me mentally as it is my first shoot since my wife - recovering well - had a heart attack less than 3 weeks ago.
