Rule breaker?

If you would like to post, you'll need to register. Note that if you have a BCG store account, you'll need a new, separate account here (we keep the two sites separate for security purposes).

I am wondering if folks think this is a successful breaking of the "no butt shots" rule. Thanks.

The wing position is nice, but personally it doesn't work for me. If the bird had turned and looked back so at least one eye was visible and sharp it would have helped. Maybe folks with more artistic and less literal tastes might really like it, but for me it doesn't really work. Not trying to be harsh, just how I see it.

Not for me either I'm afraid, because I don't know what I'm looking at. I think that there is nothing wrong with a shot from any angle as long as I can recognise the subject.

I get it DR, that is exactly what I thought, re the head with an eye looking back. Always appreciate your constructive criticism.
Agree with JR...head/eye would have been better...but if that’s the best pose it offered then ya take it...and it’s still a good shot.
