I thought getting a refurbished D500 at the Nikon Store sale would be better than trusting an unkown ebay seller. Unfortunately, my D500 body kept giving me Err messages this morning at the local bird sanctuary. I tried it with different lenses and reset to default settings but continued getting the dreaded Err message and heard a clunky shutter when it did try to work.
Talked to Nikon moments ago and it's going back for a full refund. I think my backup camera will be a new body.
