Yes. You are correct; I have tried several Topaz programs to no avail. They just don't seem to work well on this photo; either they create more noise or leave the photo with a clear indication of over processing. I found the original file and will post it in the Post Processing Forum; I have given up trying to improve it. I just couldn't resist posting it
