SB700 and a Z8

Can someone point me to a tutorial on how to set up the Z8 when using the SB700 flash. I've been searching the net for answers and I'm getting all lot of false info. The flash settings on the camera menu are greyed out.

Settings for flash units other than the SB‑5000, SB‑500, SB‑400, and SB‑300 can only be adjusted using flash unit controls.
