Beautiful shot, the background appears a bit overwhelming to me. I would tone down the saturation a bit. Also, you've lost some detail in the area of the shoulder on the adult. Whites are tough in this respect. You could try bringing down the highlights first, then the whites and see if that helps. Finally, I would bring the top of the crop down a bit. But you have a really nice image here. It looks like Mom/Dad is perturbed at the noise. lol

Agree that the yellow background is distracting. I'd crop away the area of the image above the adult's head, it does not add anything to the photo.

Agree with the comments about the highlights and to some degree, the background. But mostly I think that a different crop that eliminates some of the landscape at the top of the photo would dramatically change the photo and possibly take care of the "background" issue.
Having said that, it is a great photo and I'm sure you really appreciated the moment that you managed to capture.
