One of the high points of this winter has been the arrival of short-eared owls fairly close to my home. I'm trying to spend a fair amount of time with them before they head north again in the spring. I've been using my PF500 with a 1.4TC on my Z9 and I'm happy enough to put any thoughts of getting a 600 or 800PF on hold (at least for now :ROFLMAO:)
