Shutter speed locked at 1/32,000

As confessed earlier in another post, I am new to shooting video.

I find the shutter speed locked at 1/32,000 when I try to shoot video in Manual mode on my Nikon Z8. Obviously, everything looks dark. I am able to change the aperture, ISO etc but not the Shutter speed.

Other shooting modes like Aperture Priority etc seem to be working fine.

Have I done anything wrong with the settings? I have chosen 25 frames per second at 4k resolution.
