Thank you. I really wasn’t sure the exact species there’s so many of them it’s hard to figure out what they are sometimes

Yes, they're difficult. I have a friend that's adept at identifying them, and I have learned a lot from him. I'm still not good at ID'ing a lot of them, though.

Same with the damselflies and dragonflies it’s just staggering how many species there are

I don't know if there is anything similar for your area, but I have a set of "Northwoods" books on butterflies, dragonflies, etc. I'm wearing them out looking up things.

Skippers and damsels always give me fits. The one you pictured may be a Zabulon but I wouldn't bet my next new camera body on that ID.
