I learned a lot about the Z9 and its AF system over the past two weeks. Some disappointments that I chalk up to user error as I learn how to use the various AF methods (and when to sue them) but all in all I happy with the performance of the system. As luck would have it, FW 4.0 came out while I was in Florida (and where I did not have access to a PC to update my firmware; I can't help but wonder if it would have made a difference in some instances. More to come in the days ahead; this was literally my first image on the trip.
