I am greatly enjoying the new 180-600mm. I took it out tonight to see whether I could find some deer and was quite lucky. The first shot was a beautiful buck which unfortunately took off before I could get close (with the hunting season coming up I can't really blame him). Still, he gave me a brief glimpse against the sunset. The next two were does in the underbrush with the light quickly fading. They let me get quite close. Finally, with it being fully dusk, I heard another buck. At ISO 12800 I am actually quite happy how this one came out. I could have brightened the shot but this feels close to the atmosphere of the moment. The low light capability of the Z6ii was very helpful.View attachment 71909
