Pope Shield diffuser
I own neither the 90 f 3.5 or this diffuser
is my friend's that I was allowed to borrow to test and evaluate
this works very well and gives a nice light and really nice with the magnetic attachment and 90 pro is great lens I own 60mm macro and 300f4 pro is mine also

Thank you Ronny! Did you use it with or without the roof? I’m getting interested in macro photography and trying to figure out which diffuser to buy. I hear and read good reviews about the Popeshield but have also read numerous reports that their shipping and customer service is horrible. I’m also considering the AK and Cygnustech diffusers.

I have only used with the hood..but I know that my friend who bought this has used it without the hood and it works well..gives a little less flash light then so you might get higher flash strength
I know it took quite a long time to get it anyway .. in Sweden we have to pay extra duty and VAT if you buy the Ak diffusern which should be really good also and Cygnustech as well
I don't think there is much difference between these 3 diffusers, they are probably all good..

I have only used it with the 90
I use the 300 and 60 mm, but my own homemade diffuser.. is an ice cream box
