I had been planning a dragonfly trip with a friend but we cancelled due to poor weather..... and who should come into the garden, but this chap.
Very restless flight and I found the best focussing method was manual, starting from an approximate focal distance that he most frequently passed through.
I used trusty 300mm PF for its close focussing property. He's an Emperor Dragonfly.
