Sony A1 Image Quality Settings

Any Sony A! users out there? I am using both card slots on my A1 and would like to set both cards to record with the same settings, RAW, Lossless Comp L. Recording media for both images and video are set to slot 1 and Auto Switch is on. I cannot verify slot 2 will record with same settings. Is there a screen that will show Slot 2 image Quality Settings? I had a recent experience where the camera switched to slot 2 and images were ARW instead of DNG as usual. Thank you for any advice.

Not got a Sony but the card slot settings that only enable what is saved to which card, will not influence or over-ride your shooting settings on every Nikon and Fuji Camera I've owned. Can't imaging that the Sony is any different.

Easy to set slot 2 to backup or whatever Sony calls it then just check the settings and images.

Have a look here: https://helpguide.sony.net/ilc/2040/v1/en/contents/TP1000426667.html

Basically the only time you would get different file formats to each card is if you choose the option "Sort Recording". In that case it will show the settings going to each card on the display. In the other modes it is only using one file format. This would include the "Auto Switch Media" option. See here: https://helpguide.sony.net/ilc/2040/v1/en/contents/TP1000422691.html

Also the A1 does not record DNG files in any mode. Raw files are .ARW. It can record .ARW, JPEG and HEIF. I'm not sure why you said it records "DNG as usual" as there is no option to record DNG. See here: https://helpguide.sony.net/ilc/2040/v1/en/contents/TP1000426656.html
