The Good News. Colby Brown is bringing out his Sony a1 mkll set-up guide for wildlife and landscapes later today--Colby produces some of the finest landscape photography I have ever seen and is right up there as regards his wildlife stuff too, well worth looking at. Mark Galer has had his 700 page Patreon e Book a1 mkll guide out since Nov 19th if you can't sleep at night and require a hefty dose of facts and figures--very comprehensive but takes time to weed out those areas you might be interested in ! Available with a minimum $10 join up fee to his Patreon Group . I think, however, we will all be waiting for Steve's contribution to the party as its very targeted to this forum and lots of fun to watch -- no pressure then, Steve ?

Also Cotswold Cameras in UK (stock from Hong Kong) paid up front pre-orders were priced at £5,349.00 and today stand at £5,499.00 . This may be due to the unexpectedly high numbers of pre orders for this model (as evidenced by the sudden glut of used Sony a1's on the internet) which allegedly is going to push the availability of this model well into 2025 AND/OR its
