The late afternoon light highlighted this fractal architecture but only from one perspective, where I had to fetch a stepladder to be level with the web. Unfortunately the gracile spider deigned to pose with her magnificent construction. First image - Nikon Z7, 58 f1.4G, f1.8, ISO80, 1/400. The second image - Nikon D850, 300 f4E PF +TC17 II, f10 ISO3200, 1/250.
These are both excellent optics, and the 300 PF is excellent for closeups as well as all aspects of nature photography. The 58 f1.4G aka the 'Neo-Noct' is at least 3 primes in One, unique bokeh used wide, extremely sharp shut down under f5.6, with optimum bokeh and tight zone of sharpness is set f2-f4. I prefer to shoot the Neo-Noct in L'view/MILC to ensure precise focus (my copy required +18 AFFT on the D850)
