Steve's D6 settings?

If you would like to post, you'll need to register. Note that if you have a BCG store account, you'll need a new, separate account here (we keep the two sites separate for security purposes).

I think much of it is covered in the review. I can send you a bin file of the settings once I have a chance to update the camera to the current firmware (I'm using all mirrorless at the moment). However, keep in mind that I'm not responsible if you load it and things don't work as you expect! :p

I’d greatly appreciate it! Gives me a good starting point.

Steve, what are your mirrorless choices and which are you using for bird photography?
Mostly the Sony a9ii - I'm still learning the camera and my opportunities have been really limited, so that's why I stick with it for now. It's not that I don't like the D6, its just that I need viewfinder time with the a9ii :)

I am still learning my D6 and the more I use it the more I love it, absolutely great in low light. The auto focusing is really fast. I just got a 500 PF a couple days ago from Allen's Camera and so far I have to agree with pretty much everyone else that says it is a excellent lens.
