It's built around Nikon's Focus Shift Shooting, so that's the main theme. It does cover lots of field techniques and post processing stacking techniques that would apply to manual stacking as well, however, manual stacking isn't part of the series. I'd say probably 70% would apply to general stacking, no matter how it's done.
