Nice shot Robert! Kestrels are my nemesi! I don’t see them often but when I do they are on a lousy perch (telephone wire) or I can’t get close enough for a good shot.

I love kestrels and I'm jealous. It would make a nice print.
I am lucky that I don't live too far from a national recreation area in Brooklyn, NY where, on a good day, one can get fairly close.

You gotta love a Kestrel, I have always thought the American Kestrel is such a pretty little falcon. Nice capture.
