Thank you, Karen, that's a great idea with the extra dead space at the bottom and top of the photo. However, I don't think I'll need to sacrifice much, if any at all, of the photo when printing it in the portrait orientation. So far, I've made a couple of small prints (4x6) on photo paper to work on the exposure. When I print it out on canvas, the final image will be 15-inches wide with one-inch wrapped around each side. The height will likely be about 22-inches to keep a near 4x6 ratio, plus an inch on the top and the bottom for the corresponding wrap on each side. (I'll cut a piece of canvas to 17x24 inches for the final product. Actually, my wife will use her precision fabric cutting tools to cut the canvas. She's a quilter who is very good at precise cutting!)
As an aside, did you sell you Z9? With the Z8 now out, I'm up in the air as to purchase another Z9 or to get a Z8 as a backup MLC.
