I know I have a lot to learn about landscape photography. This is a recent photo I took a few weeks ago that I feel turned out okay. But I would love to hear people's advice about what could be done better (besides the obvious distraction of cell phone towers and a large metal bird blind on the right horizon).

Like you said get the cell towers out of there... they should be pretty easy to get rid of. I think what is throwing me a little bit is the sun is still pretty high and the photo is dark...I would try to lighten up the foreground and see if that makes a difference.

Over all I like the composition .... and the sun peaking though the clouds.

To give it more of a dramatic effect to the sunrise you can slightly increase contrast to the top sky / remove the cell towers / selectively increase the exposure on the bottom of the frame. Then it would look something like this.
