The Critically Endangered Swift Parrots (Lathamus discolor) have arrived back in the state, fortunately they were sighted close to home.
There were about 30 in the trees along side the salt waters edge in a local Reserve this morning.
Fortunate to get some images as they feed mainly in the tops of the flowering gum trees, which this morning were being blown around due to high winds.
