Chacma Baboon, Papio ursinus, We were sitting at Sunset Dam near Lower Sabie in Kruger NP, trying to shoot the pinkface ( name for baby baboon) as it was playing around its mother and aunt when suddenly she swept him up and spinned him above her head. One of about 8 consecutive images. D850; f/7.1; 1/2000; iso 800; 80-400 @ 400 mm.
