I have a Nikon D7100 and a Tamron 70-200 G2 Will this set up work with a teleconverter? If so,which brand-nikon or tamron for nikon mount
The Tamron 70-200mm G2 will accept teleconverters but I'd strongly recommend purchasing the matching Tamron teleconverter, not the Nikon TC as it's always best to use teleconverters from the same manufacturer that designed the lens.

Here's a review of Tamron TCs with some discussion of that lens: https://www.cameralabs.com/tamron-tc-x14-tc-x20-teleconverter-review/

FWIW, I'd suggest trying the 1.4x TC but wouldn't recommend the 2x TC as it will almost certainly cause the IQ to drop substantially.

I have a Nikon D7200, focusing images go out of focus sometime, I have to swish to Manual mode to focus images to work and then back to "A", it sometimes work. Had to power off and back to On, again it work occasionally. What should I do to fix Focusing problem. Thanks.

You might also want to have a look at the Kenko converters. I sometimes use a Kenko 1.4 converter, e.g. with my old screwdriver 4/300, and it works reasonably well.
