Usually with shots like this the subject kinda of gets lost in the background. In your shot it pops up nicely. Well done on that.
Two things that might improve the shot:
1) A tighter crop. I would get rid of the lower 25% and the right 10% and that should make the shot less busy.
2) There are some weird looking colors around the tail. Did you perhaps use some subject selection tool? Might be worth going in there with a brush to tidy things up.

I dont fancy the trees (brown parts) a lot - but like the green background. Having said that - I wouldnt fiddle with it - it's a beautiful photo
