Tern attacks Eagle

This was shot Wednesday 8/2. A beautiful day at Nubble lighthouse in Maine. The tern was swooping down on the eagle.

Is there a better way to show this photo. I like it the way it is. But, maybe there is something I’m missing.

I don't see the tern swooping on the eagle. I see it flying above, and keeping clear of, the eagle. But it's a nice photo.

This interaction lasted about 15-20 minutes. Here’s another view. Eagle gives a little more reaction. Think F16 buzzing around a B52 The tern was probably protecting a nestin area
