I was doing the Denoise ass backwards from what Steve recommended so it was a great video instruction he gave and I gleaned a ton from it. Well done, Steve.
 
Nice shot, but at iso 400 what were you doing wrong that Steve set you straight on?

Thanks. I perform the Denoise last not first. Denoise first is my new workflow. Makes a difference. Also the video made me more cognizant of shapening and also avoiding trying to sharpen softer subjects. Additionally the reminder to fill the frame is a good one and although sometimes not possible we should strive for that with wildlife portraits.
