I was watching this bird sitting in the middle of the lake & i started shotting it when i had an inkling that it is going to fly & it did fly straight into me like a bullet & D 500 & 500 PF combo took cared of the rest:)

Thx Icarus for your kind words .I too was pleasantly surprised by the results since i have heard that it is pretty difficult to get focus on birds moving towards you & this one really came like a bullet :)
