Hot day here in Melbourne yesterday, so I went out in the evening with the D4 once it started to cool down.
Came across a group of Galah's in including a couple of juveniles, this one sat still for a couple of seconds while I grabbed this shot. ISO was set to auto and I could see it quickly climbed into the "Hi" settings. I wasn't really expecting too much in terms of a usable image but I was very pleasantly surprised on how the image turned out after a quick run through Topaz DeNoise.
Nikon D4, Sigma 150-600mm Sport. 600mm, f/6.3, 1/640s @ iso 18102.
