Totally arb question!!??

Hi there,
Correct/stop me if I'm in the wrong place! But I see on alot of videos where the camera has a "lanyard(?)" with a small black disc with red edges (coin like) . I see it often, what is that? Silly question but I'm curious. Thanks. Adam.

That sounds like a Peak Design product. They make camera straps and lanyards.

Yup, that's it. I just Google'd them. It's a quick release "thingy" for their straps.
