Thank you Steven. The test for clean water is to watch where the Osprey fish. They fly the 1/4 mile to the Ocean. The Delaware bays have suffered from farm runoff and over-building septic tank sewage. Efforts have been made to improve the water quality but the Osprey know it is still better a 1/4 mile away in the ocean.
